Manage Your Account

Use the account icon or sign in to your GAP Australia account to view your profile, addresses and orders.

To request a return, sign in using the email address associated with your order, open the relevant order and select Request return. Choose the item and reason, submit the request, and wait for approval before sending anything.

If you placed an order without creating an account, use the same email address that you entered at checkout. For account help, email customerservice@gapaustralia.com.
