How long do I have to return an item?
For online change-of-mind returns, request your return within 30 days of delivery.

What condition must the item be in?
Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with tags attached.

How do I start a return?
Start your return through our Returns Centre and follow the instructions for your order.

What if my item is faulty, damaged or incorrect?
Email customerservice@gapaustralia.com as soon as possible. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected.

How are refunds processed?
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for processing, plus any additional bank or payment-provider time.

Can I exchange an item?
Return the original item and place a new order for the preferred size, colour or style.
