Shipping and Handling

Orders are processed at our Australian warehouse Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. We aim to process orders within one business day; orders placed over a weekend or public holiday are processed from the next business day.

Australian standard shipping: $9.99, or free on orders of $99 or more. Allow approximately 3–5 business days from placing your order, including processing. Western Australia, Northern Territory and regional addresses may take longer.

Australian express shipping: $12.99. Estimated delivery is 1–2 business days after dispatch.
